Scheduled refreshes happen Monday to Friday at 8am, 9am, 10.30am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm using headlines from the current day, while on Saturday and Sunday it shows the headlines from the previous two days as well as any headlines from that day, updating at 9am, 1pm, and 6pm. If something goes totally sideways I might also update it on the fly. The summaries at the top refresh twice a day between 7.00-7.30am and 2.00-2.30pm each day based on the most-mentioned topics over the previous seven days.
